See the steps, and the reason for each one.
A clear path starts with a clear question.
I want you to see how I look at the path from a lead to a sale. This sample walks through the checks, because the work should help us choose what to do next.
Sample workflow. These steps show the method. They are not a client result or a forecast.
Book A CallFollow one lead through the business.
- A person gets in touch. We check where the lead came from and who should reply. A call or message alone does not tell us whether that person will buy.
- The team gives a useful reply. We look at when the reply went out, who owns the next step, and whether the person knows what to do. We also check whether contact is allowed.
- A booking leads to a real outcome. We keep bookings, visits, sales, and money paid as separate counts. That helps us see where the path gets stuck and which facts are missing.
- The facts guide the choice. We check the cost, what the team can handle, and what a change would need to do. The right answer may be a small fix with the tools you have.
Three choices the checks help us make.
First, we choose the gap that deserves a closer look. Then we decide what records would help us test it. Last, we choose whether to try a small fix, gather more facts, or agree on paid work.
See the numbers in their proper context.
The sample audit shows how 20 events can come from 12 people. We count each person once, check who may be contacted, and show the math before we choose the next step.
The sample uses made-up records. It does not prove that any business lost or recovered money.

A clear first step
Let us find your next step.
I would like to understand what you want to change, so we can focus on what matters to you. First, answer a few questions. Then choose a time for a 15-minute Zoom call.
What we will do in 15 minutes
- Talk about your goal and what feels stuck.
- Look at what you have tried and ask a few useful questions.
- Choose a next step. That may mean working together, checking more facts, or leaving it there.
It is fine to say the fit is not right. This call does not buy an audit or commit you to paid work.
