Free resources

The Revenue Leak Estimate, 30-Lead Revenue Forensics Snapshot when accepted, and Revenue Leak Self-Audit are free resources. They create no payment and therefore no refund right. Blue Star Marketing Firm does not offer a paid DIY product on this page.

5-Page Website Launch Build

The 5-Page Website Launch Build is a one-time paid service. The accepted checkout or signed scope states the purchased scope and controls that engagement. If you believe you purchased in error, contact Blue Star Marketing Firm promptly and before substantive build work begins so the request can be reviewed.

Once substantive website work has begun, including accepted-scope research, copy production, design, build, integration, or revision work, fees for work already performed are not automatically refundable. Any refund, partial refund, cancellation, or other remedy is determined under the accepted checkout or signed scope, applicable law, the work completed, and any specific written commitment Blue Star Marketing Firm made for that purchase.

Hosting, domain registration, paid software, purchased assets, and third-party charges may be separately billed or paid directly to the provider. Third-party fees are subject to the applicable provider's terms and are not automatically refundable by Blue Star Marketing Firm.

5-Day Revenue Recovery Decision Audit

The Decision Audit is a $2,500 one-time purchase. The checkout disclosure and accepted audit scope state the start point, requested inputs, delivery expectations, and refund terms for that purchase. Once substantive audit work or a delivered audit has begun, the fee is ordinarily non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the accepted scope.

The audit may receive a full rollover credit into an approved implementation only under the published acceptance conditions and applicable order form. This is a credit against a qualifying future purchase, not a cash refund, and does not guarantee an implementation offer.

Recovery Sprint, Core, Scale, and Enterprise engagements

Implementation is never self-selected from a generic price table. Its refund, cancellation, renewal, credit, remediation, and fee-consequence terms are set in the accepted checkout or signed scope after the Decision Audit supports the economic and operating case. Work already performed is not automatically refundable.

Current signed-scope remediation terms remain governed by their existing agreements. Proposed service-credit or holdback mechanisms are pending legal and operational review and are not active public refund promises.

Email [email protected] with your order details and the issue you want reviewed. If a refund is approved, Blue Star Marketing Firm returns it through the original payment method when practical and permitted by the payment processor.
