The Decision Audit is a $2,500 one-time purchase. The checkout disclosure and accepted audit scope state the start point, requested inputs, delivery expectations, and refund terms for that purchase. Once substantive audit work or a delivered audit has begun, the fee is ordinarily non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the accepted scope.
The audit may receive a full rollover credit into an approved implementation only under the published acceptance conditions and applicable order form. This is a credit against a qualifying future purchase, not a cash refund, and does not guarantee an implementation offer.
Implementation is never self-selected from a generic price table. Its refund, cancellation, renewal, credit, remediation, and fee-consequence terms are set in the accepted checkout or signed scope after the Decision Audit supports the economic and operating case. Work already performed is not automatically refundable.
Current signed-scope remediation terms remain governed by their existing agreements. Proposed service-credit or holdback mechanisms are pending legal and operational review and are not active public refund promises.
